• Coaching and guiding teams
• Independently designing and running courses

Cancellation Policy

If the booked in-person session cannot be attended, there is no entitlement to a free replacement date. Only one in-person date is offered for this course. In this case, it is possible to secure a place in a subsequent course. However, this requires payment of an additional €875 fee for the in-person module. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate cancellation or seminar insurance to protect against potential financial loss.

Information Regarding Dogs During the Training Program

The following rules apply to all participants attending this training program:

• Dogs brought to the course may remain in the participant’s own vehicle during breaks.
• During all training sessions, however, dogs must be brought into the seminar room in accordance with animal welfare regulations.
• Ideally, dogs should stay in their own crate if they are accustomed to one.
• The training program can only be completed with active participation together with your own dog.
• Passive participation without your own dog is not possible.

Dog Compatibility

Participating dogs must be sufficiently well-socialized and under control to allow parallel training in a confined space, including periods when dogs may be off leash.

Direct contact between the dogs will not take place.

Please note: Female dogs that are in season (in heat) are not permitted in our training facilities. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their dog is not in season during the training dates. A dog being in season does not constitute grounds for cancellation, withdrawal, or a refund.
